It is no surprise that the way we work is changing rapidly, with some statistics showing that virtually all white-collar positions will be altered beyond recognition or completely reinvented in the next 10 years. Ms. Sabatino is a pioneer in delivering career expertise to clients through a virtual platform and will share her insights, good and bad, about working with clients to whom the words “awake” and “online” are synonymous. Ms. Sabatino will highlight some significant trends and emerging careers resulting from the increased digitization of the market. She will then lead a thought-provoking discussion on career services for the future. Namely, how is (or should) the career services profession change to meet the needs of clients who have been cradled in technology. No one is better suited to lead this lively discussion than Ms. Sabatino.
